With college party girls, and in general, but definitely more so with party girls, actions speak louder than words. Kino as much as possible, go for a make out as soon as possible. When I was in college I used the apocalypse opener (before I even knew what it was) towards the end of the night. Just say: "what're you doing later/after this?" her: "blah blah" Me: "Come back to my place." Hold direct eye contact. If this failed (which if we had already made out, almost never failed) I would ask for a number.

Imo numbers are basically useless in college. But if I used the above line prior to getting the number, the girl would know what I wanted. If she was down to meet up, she was likely dtf.
