Why are they always contrasted to each other? It IS possible to be both nice and a bad boy. They are not opposites. Nice guys do get the girl, douchebags actually DO scare away woman sometimes.

I'm not saying this like a little AFC bitching about why society is how it is...but about the terms themselves. Bad boys don't get girls for being bad, it's because their confidence. Nice guys usually want to be polite, and in turn, don't take initiative in relationships...girls aren't attracted to that.

It should really be 'shy guys vs confident guys'.
