Been going to my college's latin dance club once a week for a beginner salsa class. It's a lot of fun and is something not many people do.

I've been working on eye contact. The first time I see someone I know in a day I try not to break eye contact with them. Normally I always break off first. So I'm trying it out.

I have been approaching women I'm not attracted to. Specifically unattractive women so that if I say something stupid I don't feel discouraged. This has helped my comfort zone a lot.

I'm generally worried about having a good interaction when I'm with people, but lately I've been focusing on how I can amuse myself and playful tease and find out how much I can get away with. Now the interaction itself doesn't feel stressful.
