If she was really into you she would MAKE time to be with you. Move on bro, sometimes girls have trouble being honest with their words, but you can tell how they feel about you from their actions. Best option: just let this fade and go back to being friends in a while.

Since you can handle being just friends I would recommend to keep being her friend. Friends are great to have. If you really like her, she has not told you no, she said to ask again in a month. So ask her again in a month. Also your'e pretty young so keep pursuing other girls during this time. Leave your options open. In the future when you meet a girl you like physically escalate early on so you don't get put in the friendzone again.

You probably don't wanna hear this, since I was in the same shoes you were in now. She's probably interested in someone else. If she really likes you, she'd make time for you. People told me this and it unfortunately took her going through multiple boyfriends for me to realize it. Take this confidence you have and go after someone else. That next girl you think is cute. Go for it. Please.

Stop contacting this woman. Forget about her until you see her in person. Ask her about it then. Don't ever allow anyone to string you along like that, it may not seem to cost you much in effort or time, but no one who really respects you and your time would consistently jerk you around.
