So I've been working with this girl for over year. She has had a boyfriend the entire time. I've been attracted to her from the beginning, but have tried to stay away because she is in a relationship. As time has passed with us working together, I keep feeling like she's throwing signs that she's not happy with her current boyfriend, and she seems flirtatious. One red flag is how often she talks about her emotional issues, depression etc. We went to Knott's scary farm last night and in the mazes she would hold on tight to my arm, and always be trying to hold my hand. She pretty much grinded me into a wall with her ass at one point.

I feel like I know the right answer of what I should do, but I can't help but like her, even with her emotional drama, she has always been kind.
