Having charisma start by loving yourself. When you love and respect yourself, you draw from it the confidence to express yourself with 'no filter'. You begin to be honest, you begin to be bold, you're not afraid to ask, to try or to be sexual because you don't derive your sense of self from others. Loving yourself start by loving the world more. It means being able to reframe things in a way that serves you. It don't need to be deseperately positive, but ultimately you need to realise you are always able to choose your response and take action and that's insanely positive.
Engagement, setting goals and a plan to achieve them and then work on it will also develop your core confidence because you'll see how much power you truely have.
Loving more also means hating less. Hating is useless negative energy, and you don't want that in your life. Buddah said ~ "when we're angry, it's not something external that inflict it to us, it's ourselves". Only an appropriate and constructive response is positive. It doesn't mean you will never be angry, or mad at something, just realize those feelings doesn't serve you and choose to move forward as quick as possible.
The same applies with judgement. The more you are non-judgemental and accept others by choice, the more you slowly begin to accept yourself deeply and fully, because you gave up the habit of judging people. Being non-judgmental is a good way to love yourself and others more.
Remember that whenever you're afraid of or angry at something, it means that's there is something unclear or that you don't accept about yourself inside you. Use that to identify your weaknesses and improve.
Finally, give me 5 things worth doing every day to you. If you should choose to do 5 things every day, what would they be?
To love, yourself, the others and the world would be one of mine for sure.
So love more, hate less.
