I think you should do it. And the reason you should do it is that i can see you really want to tell her she's a beauty and you feel blocked from doing it, to the level when you seeking advice on reddit. My advice: tell her that, see the reaction, move on ;)

I dont see, why you dont want to hook up with her if she "ablotulely goergous" but if you really feel like spreading the joy you carry inside your heart all over the world, than go ahead and tell all the bypassers how awsome and beatiful human beings they are but... if you want to fuck them just admit it in front of yourself and do your best to achive the goal.

Stop apologizing for approaching a girl. Why should you apologize for being a man? These phrases need to stop when you approach a girl.

"Hey sorry to interrupt but...." "Hey I don't mean to intrude but..." "Hey I know this is random but..."

These phrases are weak and weaken your overall frame.

In general, complimenting a girl on how she looks with something outside of her control is less good than complimenting something inside her control.

Example: 'I really like that dress, it brings out your eyes.' vs 'You have really pretty eyes.'
