Could anybody explain kino parts to me and how they work or link me to some guides for it

I think kino is what I need. I have I guess the personality.

I can smell the insecurity from my phone.. Be sure of yourself man!

I wrote this in another thread just now, it may help:

Think of it as being a series of small compliances, leading up to sex. Too many men go on a date with a girl and sit across from her with a big table in the way. No touching takes place for 3 hours...then suddenly he does the horrible 'awkward lunge' manouevre at the end of the night in an attempt to kiss her.

From her point of view, this has come out of nowhere and feels awkward and weird.

So here's what I recommend:

When you meet her, give her a big warm hug and say 'good to see you!' I ALWAYS do this with every date. It sets the tone nicely. If it's an online date, it makes it look to people in the place you're in like you already know each other. This makes her feel less awkward.

Choose a seat in a secluded corner and try to sit next to her. Let her go on the inside and you on the outside. You can even say 'you go on the inside so I can protect you from any crazy axemen that come storming in.' If you can't sit next to her, it's not the end of the world, but it is best to be as close as possible.

If she has painted nails, say 'I like your nails. Let me see' and put your palm out as a gesture for her to give you her hands. Look at her nails and run your finger over them whilst complimenting her on them.

Ask if she has tattoos. Find out where they are. Get her to show you them (there's an opportunity for risque flirting here, if the tattoos are in 'interesting' locations). Look at her tattoos. Comment on them. Run your finger over them.

Say 'you know, you're quite cool actually. I like how open you are, just showing me your tattoos like this. Some girls would be super uptight and boring'. Then say 'come here' and go for the hug. Often when you pull back from the hug, you can kiss her there and then. If she didn't have any tattoos, just use an excuse to hug her - when she says something cool, funny, interesting, say 'that's awesome, come here' and go for the hug in the same way.

You can see after just a few minutes with her, you're already close and touching. A kiss from here is just a tiny escalation, whereas it's a massive step if you've not touched at all.
