You just have to do it. Nobody really cares. If you fuck a lot of girls, nobody really cares. If you don't fuck a girls, still nobody cares.

You might look like an idiot for a minute... Then go to the next girl. Just try and have a conversation. Do a lot of research, get some books, but most importantly execute your knowledge. Experiment. Just fucking do it man. You can. Even if you fail, we'll do it again.

The best thing I do if I start getting anxiety is to start talking to everyone. Girls and guys, this also makes you look social and women notice when you are the life of the party. Never spend more than 5 minutes talking to anyone, even if the conversation is going well, find a reason to leave. If there is a cute girl you can always find her later in the party and get her number.

Trust me, once you talk to three people the anxiety goes away and you find your self having a good time.
