Greet her how you would normally would like where you are from. Most Americans are accepting of other cultures and being yourself is always the best. Pay for the first date or two. And it's not a matter of how many dates before you have a relationship. Talking about it with each other as you two progress meeting each other is the best option. If you like her tell her and eventually ask her to be your girlfriend. If you are looking for something casual tell her you're not looking for anything serious.

Don't focus on how you can accommodate her. Focus on having her accommodate you.

Unless its a Hispanic girl. Always make sure that girl is single, because the ones with boyfriends are usually very flirty, but their boyfriends are CRAZY. So be careful with that.
