Have you tried NOT looking for girls in night clubs? Try taking them to a place where you can talk and get to know each other. In the club, all she wants is to feel attractive and wanted. You served your purpose and gave her exactly that. Then she left because her cup got filled. Once she got the validation she was looking for, she went home to fuck the guy who doesn't care. You did her boyfriends job for him.

Dude. STOP trying to game when you're drunk. It's almost certain that you're not welcome with these girls if they're doing these things. If you were welcome, you wouldn't have to post this because they'd be working with you, not blocking you out.

Met a girl like that once : she didn't want to kiss nor fuck but she came home and slept in tiny underwear while hugging me. It drove me crazy. I don't know, sometimes they have somtething in their head and they just stick with it, no matter what.

It's hard to say exactly, but if you get close to her lips as you talk or as you dance and she keeps them in place just keep inching closer and eventually go for it. And from there keep escalating. That way you don't have to wonder, or you know when to eject. I've gone from a makeout to leaving the club with a girl in under 15 minutes, or other times its taken a couple hours, but you will never know until you keep escalating until you either get rejected, get "paused" or close.
