Start planning for other places to go, not just lunch. Take her bowling, show her how to do something that you're really good at. Do multiple things, this'll show her you're fun and interesting. Aside from that, just ask her questions that make her think for an answer, nothing mundane like "have any siblings?".

a guy who went on his first date ever asked for some help last week, some of the stuff in the thread might be useful, although you already sound pretty confident. I'd say just have fun, lead, don't put big expectations on it, listen to her, and remember to just let yourself flow and talk about what you think is interesting. And make it man-to-woman as always (which you've already done if you'ved hooked up with her).
