I recently left a two year long relationship that fell stagnant. Prior to this relationship, I was single for about four years and went on many dates with many different types of women. But I realized that very rarely did I attract a "girly" girl. Meaning, one of those girls that has a great sense of style, knows how to put on make up really well, loves wearing heels, etc.
Most of the girls I dated, and attracted, have been the girl-next-door type. The girls that has a handful of female friends, but is definitely more comfortable hanging with the guys. They dressed average at best, and would only typically wear dresses or heels on high occasions.
There is nothing wrong with this type of girl, but after a couple relationships, and many dates, I realized girly girls are what I'm most attracted to. The problem is I don't seem to be attracting those types of women.
I absolutely do my part though. I groom myself well, workout, graduate educated, homeowner, and in my mid to late twenties with a good career. I approach these girls sometimes in public, but it never really goes anywhere because I don't seem to attract them enough and I do really well with the more average, girl next door types.
So I ask, what do you think could be the reasoning for this? For those who often date girly girls, do you have any ideas of how I can go about attracting these types of girls?
