Stuff like this happens. Don't bother analyzing what's going on, what you end up doing is more important. Be social and fun even when she leaves you.

This girl I had met from a club(closed her) and we were meeting up to go out just for fun. Her friends were joining us, but also a random guy she had met on Tinder lol.

I don't know if it was a shit test(to see whether you can survive without her in a social gathering) or not, since she liked to get people together and go out. So in the beginning she greets the guy and is talking with him, but instead of moping around, I was chatting/flirting with her friends, cracking jokes, opening strangers and just having fun.

I just found the whole situation hilarious, the Tinder guy had commuted for 2 hours for what he thought was a date, instead it was just a huge group of people going out, including his "date" and this dude she kept hugging and kissing(she eventually came back to me).

So just be fun.

So I've been on a flirting basis with a woman that works in a similar field as me (that's how we met); we've exchanged texts and pictures and have some nice conversations.

Just how long have you "been on a flirting basis," with this woman?
What have you had conversations about?
How did you end up with her number/contact information?

This woman has become really talkative and showing interest in me as of late so I thought things were going well.

I know for a fact there was/is interest shown from her to me.

I'd question this.

Is this a huge shit test from her, friendzoning, slutiness, or is this a problem on my end of the deal?

It's not slutiness: that assessment is simply anger and frustration talking. If you listen to these emotions, you will lose the chance for self-improvement, and with it, the chance to get a better result than you're getting.

Shit test? No. "Shit tests" are actually performed when the girl wants to see what you're made of, AND she is interested. One doesn't invite another guy to meet up with them if they're interested in you.

Friend-zoning? It seems as though you were already in the friend-zone before this event, and you didn't know it. It's hard to say just how long you've been there, though.

Problem? Not necessarily. Attraction, chemistry...... these things do not fail to occur simply because of someone's personal problems. Though someone's problems can throw a wrench in the works and kill chemistry. Until you answer the questions in bold above, I couldn't say if a problem on your end caused this.
