So today I went out pretty early since it is a Sunday, I spent my morning gazing at my computer screen which kinda affected my mood for the rest of the day. I got to downtown around late afternoon, it was still sunny and there were plenty of people walking around. I felt a surge of anxiety come over me when I exited the train station (the usual), tried to open someone but I had too much approach anxiety so I continued on walking. I walked for about an hour or more until I realized that I need to chill the fuck out! I went to grab a tea and something to munch, sat at the cafe and read some daygame theory. Went out for another 30 minutes, already knowing that I wasn't going to open, so I just left with a feeling of remorse.

Today I wanted to write some shit about goals, and why you should definitely set some. I've been going out for about 3 weeks now and goals are a big part of my progress, unfortunately I didn't set any for today and that is the main reason why today wasn't a proactive day. First of all, goals will help you keep track of your progress, each time you set a goal you will know exactly where you are in your daygame, they're basically like a check mark. Secondly, goals will help you keep a clear mind, they will help you design a path of success rather than failure, and it will be much easier to track your success. Lastly, setting goals is a really good habit which can also be implemented into other areas of your life, it's all about good habits! So basically don't be a bitch and set goals, it's a very simple task to do and it will have a dramatic affect on your self-development.

That is all for today, thank you so much for reading and stay tuned for other article coming up soon!
