That is not a rejection, you just did something that some people here also advise from time to time, make your intentions clear by telling her. And this is the problem, a attractive man does not say that he wants to fuck her, he tries to just take her. Even though i don't like movie references, but if you have ever watched the James Bond movies, you will realize that he never! never ever ever asks a woman out, or tells her that he likes her. No, he just acts on his desire. That is what separates the needy boy from the sexual attracive man.

In your case it could be that she enjoys the attention, but this can pretty fast turn into real sexual desire on her hand if you simply show her what you want. When you try to kiss her and she tells you outright she does not want it, then you have been rejected. Otherwise: rinse and repeat.
