Getting a girls snapchat is another way to lightly flirt after pulling a number and it gives you ways to easily flirt quickly without either of you needing to commit to entertaining each other that day.

But since that didn't happen this time... You could have jokingly replied to her thing about recognizing each other with a selfie of you being cross eyed or something.

Maybe before your date after you're dressed and everything take a selfie and say "I bet you'll recognize this handsome dude from tinder at X location" or something cheesy and stupid.

Just spitballing. It's all kind of silly though. Oddly enough, the only times I didn't recognize tinder girls when we met up it was because they were actually more attractive in person than in their pictures.

What I usually do and worked for me several times is go for the date as soon as possible and for the next day (without being needy), if the date is more than two days away I hit the girl with some "intermittent value giving messages", which means every day a message containing some funny stuff about your day or something that happened to you (only funny stuff). The morning of the date I recommend sending a text like "I just finished working out, I want to be totally jacked for our romantic date, I hope I will this will be enough". This is effective because it's better than "are we still going out tonight" or a flake!
