Flip her book closed so she loses her place. When she gets mad, smile at her. Basically, make studying difficult for her, playfully, until you get her to punch you in the arm. You're looking for a smiling, wide-eyed, "stop it, silly" vibe from her. If she gets pissed off, stop.

Once you get that punch in the arm, she's ready. At that point, a tickle or a pinch (don't over do it!) gets the kino started, and then just work with it until you're kissing.

Then quit your job, because fucking a coworker never ends well.
