Compliment her in the right ways. I think the rule around here is to compliment what she does, not what she is. Sounds confusing, but let me give you some examples...

Compliment her style. She puts a lot of effort into it. Compliment the way she does her hair. I'm sure she spent a lot of time thinking about how she wanted to style it.

Don't compliment her eyes. She's had those her whole life.

Basically, compliment the decisions and choices she makes to look great, not something she was born with it. That'll make her feel special.

Of course, there is the delivery and frequency of the compliments. If you throw lots of compliments at her, she's going to think, "Jeez, he just wants to get in my pants." Use your compliments carefully.

Be genuine in your delivery. You don't want to seem desperate. Again, she's just going to think you want to sleep with her. Make eye contact when you compliment her. It'll seem more sincere.
