Don't make the goal to F-close necessarily, your goal should be to have fun on the date and get to know the girl while at the same time demonstrating your interest in her.

Kino is generally the way to go about it. You don't have to to tell her you wanna fuck or whatever. But if she reciprocates your kino, then you can keep moving forward. That way you'll be able to judge if she is receptive to more physical contact.

Once you start touching people regularly, people don't think of you as a perv, they think of you as a touchy guy who is able to connect with them physically in ways that other people can't.

I've had girls comment to me and say things like they noticed I was very touchy when we first met, etc. but if you do it in a socially acceptable away, it doesn't come off as creepy (ie: escalate appropriately).
