I'm really confused which IDV and DHV stories I should choose.

Let's talk about energy. Whether you are an introvert or not, your energy has to be higher than the set. Doesn't have to be a lot higher but some environments and sets will be higher to start with. Work on this because it is not something you can avoid by saying you're an introvert and that it is in-congruent.

Also, men who talk more get laid more. (Yes, I know it's a Mystery quote.) Work on becoming more comfortable talking to women and stop calling people who can already do this....clowns. The truth is that a lot of the people you think are extroverts are actually introverts who have developed their social skills. You have a self-limiting belief that you cannot do this or that (even if it's necessary to get better with women) because you are an introvert, which is false. Maybe you can't do them for other reasons (not willing to change, not willing to try hard, etc.)

A strong DHV would be to write and tell a story that highlights your identity and positive characteristics (a DHV story that happens to have identity as a trigger). Maybe it could be related to martial arts or travel in your case. I have a lot of food related stories, but that is me. All your DHV stries don't have to be identity based but that with that one.

There is being congruent and then there is being attractive. Low energy introverts are NOT ATTRACTIVE. Learn to demonstrate more energy would be a start. If you are super good looking like you say you would have zero issues getting as many girls as you can handle if you had some energy and just went up and talked to them.

You don't need a DHV, or IDV whatever the hell that is. If you start liking yourself and seeing yourself as a desirable, great man, you don't need to write a story. When I first got into pickup about 6 years ago, I was all into that Mystery shit and let me tell you, it is a BIG waste of time.

You are building up anxiety towards women if you feel like you have to write a story just to tell a woman about yourself and have to do this to every women. That's bs all the way. I haven't done ANY DHV anything since I learned it was too stressful. Meeting women should not be scripted or pre rehearsed or you have already failed and will get shut down hard, and often.

Go and talk to lots of women and simply ask them lets get together, and the words will come out naturally. You will naturally "Act" attractive. Stop trying so hard, or thinking you have to
