Should you even bother with sorority girls if you aren't in a fraternity or even an undergrad yourself?

I go to a cafe that has a few cute girls with sorority shirts on, swear I saw one blonde HB7 give me insane IOIs when I was sitting down and she even smiled at me. I keep reading that sorority girls only go for frat bros and college athletes, how true is that?

BTW, I am at a major party school in the SEC.
