Im sorry but i have little sympathy for you. I may come across as an asshole for saying that but the truth is only you can change your situation. How do i know this? Ive been in your position. I used to be anorexic as fuck, skeleton face, massive ears sticking out like an elephant, 0 self esteem, spent 4 years staring at a girl in class instead of asking her out, leading to humiliation once people found out i was doing this. She called me ugly and big ears. Been rejected and had my heart broken, been so ill i was seriously recommended life changing surgery.

I changed it all around to the point now where i am a solid 8/10 at the very least, i have some confidence issues when walking up to random girls in the street sure but in my every day life im normal. Had 4 girlfriends since then, lost my V plates, put some size on my body, pulled myself out of anorexia and put some muscle on in the gym. Got so healthy to the point where my doctor forgot why i was even at the appointment and asked me why i was there and what illness i had.

How? Having a positive mindset and not giving up. Instead of sitting on my ass and crying i told everyone i was going to change my life..then i got up and did it and defied everyone that told me i was gonna stay that way my entire life. Defied the doctors who told me id need surgery for that condition and that i wouldnt live without it. I worked fucking hard and i deserve all the rewards from it.

Somewhere along the line you stopped giving a fuck and stopped putting in effort, in turn your rewards were reduced and the effects were shown on your body, self esteem, and quality of life.

Stop crying, stand the fuck up, be a man. Go take a shower, shave, then go to the gym and smash that workout. Start feeling good about yourself by making changes. You cant stay doing the same thing over and over and expect different results...like Einstein said thats insanity.

Good luck brother, change your ways and become a boss man again like your once were. Stop being a whiner and become a do-er. Do shit about your life and cut out shit that hinders your progress. Never stop improving.
