Just sit next to her in the sofa or in bed, optionally turn the heater down and get some blankets (assuming it's winter and cold where you are), and any time during the movie just act like you're already in a relationship move your arm behind her and put her head on your shoulders.. rub her upper arm like you're not even realizing you're doing it, the side of her torso, and then quietly say "Hey". She'll look up, then you can go for a kiss (use your free hand to lift her chin).

When I'm watching a movie w a girl, I always use the tv in my room first and foremost. Obviously she is interested enough to be at my house, my room ect. Sitting on the bed above the covers.

I tell her to sit up for a sec, and then I put my arm around her waist, and pull her in closer. Any time now I can go for the kiss. I'll say something or another and turn and look at her until she looks at me.

We will make out for a bit, and then i stop and go back to watching the movie. I re-initiate the make out 2 or 3 times and then stop, until she's crazy horny. I'll let my hands wander and the rest is history.

I found that actually watching at least SOME Netflix helps them want to come back or feel less used. Easy time to pull her into you and have her cuddle up and then escalate kino with hands or massage, easy kiss transition, etc.
