A real alpha doesn't have to bellow and repeat himself, like he is desperate to make sure people hear him. In fact, it is an old school AMOG Destroyer to ask someone to repeat himself. Do it a few times, he looks like an idiot. You can watch his social value decline with each repetition.

It is a conventional PUA theory that you should never repeat yourself. If anything, you should talk lower and slower, like you expect people to hang on your every word. If you get interrupted by someone else, do not try to resume your story, just let it drop and move on to another conversational thread. If she's interested, she will ask you to finish it. I use this pretty regularly and it does work.

Trump is the product of marketing genius of Rubenstein Public Relations. IMO they basically play a numbers game on outrageous statements that can potentially gain free advertisement on social media.

You aren't a gorilla, the whole concept of an alpha male is a really poor isomorphism to try to apply to a human.
