From your post you still have to build attraction. Do not ask her out on a one-on-one date out of the blue. she will probably reject this offer. Invite her out with you and your mates, ideally cool mates that social proof you. If you get her out, start with light playful kino, that's it. Fail to sexualise then you've friendzoned yourself.

Being forward and to the point without being pushy shows confidence. I would just text her and ask if she's doing anything on whatever day, and if you can take her out to (insert restaurant and movie or whatever). She will like that you have a plan, and if she is interested but busy that day, she will tell you when she can.
