I'll be the first to admit my game sucks and that I'm an inexperienced 22 year old. I've only managed to raise my SMV to the point where I can start viably dating recently, so I still have trouble dealing with and recognizing shit tests when they come.

Last Saturday, I was having dinner with a girl in a cafe in downtown NYC. We ordered our food and had some idle banter, mostly with her leading the conversation. When we finished, she threw the weirdest shit test I've heard so far. Our plan was to go off to for an event in Brooklyn, and she wanted to get some dessert next door before we went off.

As she got up to step out for a sec, she turned around and dropped a line that's been bothering me since.

"Are you sure you're okay with me leaving you here by yourself?"

My response was just to laugh loudly and tell her to go while shaking my head, but that sentence just felt wrong in every instinctive sense of the word.

What the hell was that?
