Never let them know that you want to be friends. Just let them know that you want to invite them to a bunch of events with other friends. Just be ambiguous about it but don't make them uncomfortable and don't physically escalate. You will eventually end up in the friend zone.

Maybe join some activity groups or fun meetups around a hobby you like or are interested in. Be friends with the girls there, even if they're cute or hot. Remember, hot girls always know other hot girls. So totally put them in the friendzone. Over time, as they get more comfortable and close to you, you can share with them how you're trying to meet other girls and they'll help introduce you to their friends and even wing you!
