I can relate to this problem, and I think there can be some validity to the feeling in some cases.

For example, let's say I'm attracted to highly ambitious and successful women. Does a man who's lazy deserve a successful woman? I think no; a hard-working man passionate about his craft deserves her.

Let's say I'm attracted to super fit women. Does a man who eats fast food and doesn't exercise deserve her? I would say no; a man who respects his body as much as she respects hers deserves her.

What kind of woman are you attracted to? What kind of man deserves that kind of woman? Are you that kind of man?

If you aren't, then maybe you don't deserve her.

But if you come to an understanding about what type of woman you want, and what type of man she deserves, and then you act like that man... guess what? You deserve her.

VISUALIZE

People call this entitlement if you want to look more into it regarding pick up, but visualizing yourself, in first person, talking to this girl smoothly, you will manifest it.

You have experience with girls, and you know what it takes, so in your mind, visualize yourself having sex with your crush, talking to your crush, hanging out with her. If you can see it in your mind, you'll see it in the world.

And about the emotional trauma, realize that it's a part of you now. So YOU DECIDE, whether you are going to let that get you down for the rest of your life, or if you are going to get up. Using that abuse and trauma as your DRIVE. Make that past A PART OF YOU.

Ultimately, nothing is going to change until you decide you have had enough and you make that change. You're free WHENEVER to let that monkey off your back.

You are worthy of her if you believe that you are. Like LetsGetRandy said, Therapy might be a good option.

Your aunt sounds like a mean person. Something weird about her to say that to her nephew. Most aunts love their nephew, she has problems.

So girls you're not attracted to (not hot ones) are easy to talk to, fool around with, joke with, and get to bed. But the ones you really want/the hot ones make you nervous. Right?

You know what it takes to have success with women and that's a great place to start from. The problem is you're assigning a higher value (even higher than yourself) to the hot one before you even know her. Maybe you're thinking LTR, marriage, kids and then you're thinking "I don't want to screw this up".

Think like Mystery does "Beauty is common". "Hot women are all over the place what makes you special?".

Another thing to keep in mind; the girl may be hot but that doesn't mean much. Hot girls have problems too.
