Honestly, I would just say you should tell them you have AS, briefly explain what it is and how it impacts you in a dating sense, and then use it to push for a kiss, like this -

TumblrPTSD: Hey Girl, how has your week been?

Girl: Good, how was yours TumblrPTSD?

TumblerPTSD: Good. Actually, I spent some time this week thinking I need to tell you something.

Girl: What is it TumblrPTSD?

TumblrPTSD: I have Asperger's Syndrome. It doesn't hugely impact my life, but it can impact my life in small ways.

Girl: Ok, how?

*Lean in close to her*

TumblrPTSD: Like kissing, see.

*Give her a small kiss*

And that way if it's awkward or bad, you can play it off as needing to get to know her better and her mannerisms to be a better kisser with her.
