Vacuum and change the sheets. This might be unneeded? But dont forget to shower. Ive somehow found an exgfs hair (5-6 inch long and crimson red) wrapped around my junk easily 4 months since I last saw her. Which was super awkward because I was with another girl. Sometimes they can come from nowhere.

For the floor, I have a Neato (a Roomba basically) which runs daily to clean my floor, and beyond that a lint roller. It helps if you keep the light dim enough that it's a bit harder to tell the color. But really it's best to not care, if you're not trying to date them, it shouldn't matter.

Cleaning it would be the most direct approach but you could also hint the next girls you'll be seeing that you are seeing others also, they might not like it completely but mixed feelings can be good overall.
