So I've finally uploaded some decent pictures to my online dating profiles, pof, okcupid, tinder, badoo, and am getting replies from attractive women.
My general method is - quick chat/banter, ask them out within 10 or so minutes of talking, or AT LEAST during the first conversation. This has been great for women 26+, I think they appreciate the direct approach.
However, now I'm getting into chats with younger women, and some more conservative, and more often than not they either bail when I ask them out or dodge ("do you have facebook") or, if they really like me, say they want to get to know me better.
My question is, how can I better transition into a date with these younger online chicks? Should I go for their number first to build a bit of investment from them? Should I build more rapport? I just don't have the time for endless conversations with time wasters, and I'm finding it difficult to filter those out without filtering out women who were interested but scared off by my forwardness.
Second question is, what would be an effective way to resurrect the conversation if they did show signs of being asked out too quickly (ignoring me after asking them out, though were clearly interested in me). Could I come back with something like "Ok, I guess you want to see if I'm utterly out of my mind first (I am)?"
Third question - will meet up for drinks cut it with the younger crowd? I seem to have built more interest in the past if we spoke about trampolining or bowling or something fun - though I wouldn't consider some of these things for the first date.
Thoughts? Feel like I'm going a bit mad here.
there doesn't seem to be anything here
