You're trying way too hard. Your goal every time should be to have fun at these events. If you're having fun girls will notice and talking/kinoing will be a lot easier.

If you're afraid of hooking up at a party, I don't know what to tell you. Failing at hooking up will make you look bad, but successfully bringing a girl up to your room is not going to make you look bad

You can touch her a lot so long as you're gentle about. You can even be firm. Think of how you would pat a cat: you let it come to you, start light then linger more and more with firmer strokes.

If things are sexual hooking up is irrelevant. Just ask her if she wants to come see your XYZ. In fact if you get the right vibe, you can pretty much sort it from the open and do everything in private.

I agree, your trying really hard man. Relax about it. At a party just have fun being there. They will see. Anyways, don't be nonstop touching it comes off as rapey. Try to limit it to about 1 touch per conversation subject if that makes sense. So it spaces it out but continues the idea of touching and sexual tension maybe? that's my rule. If your really buzzed (basically drunk but not crazy) at the party and you can tell that she is as well, then go in for like the constant side arm hold. This would kinda look like a half hug, so you guys are still facing one another, close and still talking. So you guys are holding each other up while drunk haha I know that contradicts what I previously stated but that was in the sense of 30 touch pause for x amount and then like another 30 touch. It just comes off as weird.
