Depends on the demographic of girls you're going for, but generally speaking well dressed / smart casual always wins.

Unless you have a fitted leather jacket that suits you. Then go for that.

A lot of girls comment on my style, and literally all I wear is a casual Oxford cloth button down (ocbd) in blue, pink, or grey with rolled sleeves, dark jeans (extra points if raw denim), leather belt, watch, and clark's desert boots. Pretty much a typical /r/malefashionadvice uniform. Always looks good as long as it fits right and it works casually as well as being able to look like you dressed up a bit. You'll be way ahead of a lot of other guys just wearing this.
