You should have escalated from the first date. Three dates and you did nothing, why do you keep wasting time with her. Go manmode and if she rejects you next her . You are going into an open relationship is that what you want anyways? Putting it in the same hole as another guy(at the same time as well)?

The game changer is moving on . Had the similar experience. Even if she told she's single she always lied ( or they would tell you they are in a special-friend relationship ) . Only change is to steal her from him but that means being very straight and open which you didn't . So best bet is to leave it alone for a while and maybe come back for her later.

The game changer is: Understand that there is not,"something that makes it get to the next level". You are the one bringing it to the next level with your actions, namely escalation. If you failed in doing so, i doubt you will get a fourth chance.

Honestly shes probably going to want another open relationship so to really keep her you'd need to be something worth losing to her. There are so many girls out there, just go out and find another one!
