I'm literally the same guy, except that I'm 19, I'm not sure if this will helps you but I usually go out abroad but never at home, infact I approach shitloads of girls and make news friends far more abroad then in my own country for a reason, maybe this will help ? Just go and you'll be forced to talk to people.

Don't like clubs? Don't go! The most interesting people I've met have been in cafés and dj bars because that's what I like.

You can easily go out alone. Go to your favourite places and chat to the staff. They want to make sure you're having a good time and later on will introduce you to other regulars.

In short, go where you want to go.

You say you're a not a club guy, but you've never been to a bar. I understand that's possible but it seems a bit weird to me you've been to clubs but not bars... Or do you just think you're not a club guy?
