Depends on where you live. Some college campuses are better than others (some suck). Same for malls, festivals/events (Friday night Jazz at Smithsonian is great in DC in season), coffeehouses, parks (Central Park in NYC for instance is great), bars, gyms (Brian is right about Climbing gyms but some classes in gyms are stacked with hot women too), etc. The wine n paint classes tend to be stacked with women too.

In my experience it depends.

Colleges are the best place to find young single women.

They are also at classes at gyms that are 99% women.

Another option are swing dance or salsa/bachata. But the ages can really vary from location to location.
