You don't need a "Beast Checklist" to give you permission to go and meet girls. Just go and meet girls. Mindset comes when you're already doing it. You're just getting ready to get ready - stop procrastinating and putting Women up on a pedestal - you are good enough!

The frame you speak about is confidence. If this checklist is what gives you confidence that you're a seductive man and you have accomplished it, then believe in yourself and tell yourself that you are a seductive man. That will fix your mindset once you start getting results

Try self hypnosis; there are a ton of videos on YouTube that will get you started. It works but you've got to give it time until it's reprogrammed your subconscious.
