If we define Dating as a game we need to make a distinction about the rules & tactics that are involved in that game. Generally these rules & tactics are quite different between the Genders. The difference is so large that /r/seduction has a staunch rule about not taking adivce from women on how to date women.

I personally suggest Women do the same & not take advice from men about how to date men. We probably get it wrong more often than we think. Ever hear a man say you look pretty without make-up and the day you go to School/work without makeup everyone thinks you're sick? maybe not but thats only one example i'm sure there are more i'm not aware of.

But i will say there are things you can learn from us & we can learn from you. An analogy i've heard on here is don't ask a (deer/fish) how to (hunt/catch) (deer/fish) but if you wanted to hunt a deer & could ask it questions you could ask them where they like to hangout & what kind of foods they like, very useful information for a hunter

in conclusion take our advice with a grain of salt
