You should not do that, and you can't avoid her feeling anything negative, so there's no avoiding it being awkward. If you still want to take the risk, be discreet, and be ready to switch your job if it goes bad.

As someone who has done this in the past and subsequently gone through a hellish period of months following (pursued girl at work, were together for 6 months then it went to s**t) I can only say don't do it. I know there are times where this does pan out but honestly you're playing with some seriously bad consequences if it doesn't. Just think of abundance: no need to crap where you eat when there's millions of other hot girls walking around outside your office building.
