My perspective on being alpha,

First of all sorry for my English, is not my native language. This are not my ideas, it’s a compilation that have affected positively my life in my quest to being alpha. My intention is to help someone who needs this information.

Alpha is not about being perfect: You'll never behave alpha in 100% of the situations, you'll fall in love with a girl and do stupid things. Its ok, accept and forgive yourself, is part of life. Alpha is not about being rude/dominant and imposing your opinion, alpha is about being centered, composed and comfortable in every situation. Alpha is a mindset, not a biologic condition. As long as you maintain your mindset you'll be alpha. Being alpha is about controlling your ego. Alpha mindset relies on the confidence of knowing you'll love yourself unconditionally no matter the circumstances. You don't depend on anything or anyone to be happy, you rely completely on yourself.

Alpha mindset is being connected to the present (with your senses), the past is gone the future is mental masturbation.

Food: Alpha controls their impulses, they eat when they are hungry and decide to do so. Beta eat food just because is lunch time.

Gym: Alpha goes to the gym, because they enjoy exercising their body and force themselves to improve. Not to show off and have gym bro mentality, those are betas.

Clothing: Alpha sees clothes as a way of expressing their personality and creativity. Showing off brands for social recognition is beta behavior.

Work: Work is about fulfilling your life, you can work at McDonalds and be alpha if you truly enjoy it. You can be CEO and a complete miserable beta.

Woman: If you need validation from woman to be happy, you're beta. If you need a woman in your life, you're beta. If you chose to connect with someone you truly like and desire, that is alpha behavior. Fucking girls for the sake of personal stats means you cannot control your ego, so you're beta. If you only want sex, be clear of your intention with the girl or pay a hooker. If you marry just because everyone does it, and that’s what you have to do, is beta.

Society: Alphas are not limited by any social construct, they have their own values and live their lives in a creative way. They associate with people they like, and ignore those who don’t. Alphas are assertive (neither aggressive nor submissive) they say what they have to say with empathy (there is no need to hurt feelings). Alphas doesn’t need to prove anything to anybody. They control their ego, they know their true value, and they don't show off. Alphas are compassionate with others, they are strong and they share this with others.
