Vomit words but play it chill. As RSD Tyler says, imagine you're just this pure masculine spirit of energy that's grounded and mature, yet free and chill. That more than scratches the surface of being alpha and boils down to good body language and energy levels

First off, good on you for taking action, believe it or not, most guys on this board don't.

Second, polarize the interaction as soon as possible and communicate your intent with honesty. Tell her you think she's attractive in some way that makes her feel special/desired and ask her out in so many words. Some examples since you might not have the mindset covered:

"Hey, so I'm just kidding, I just wanted to talk to you because you caught my with your stunning look, I'm Alex."

"Hey, so I saw you walking and had to tell you you look utterly elegant, I'm Alex"

Figure her blueprint out, let her connect with who you are, flirt and tease with her, touch her, then when she's smiling and you can sense some sexual tension and the attraction is palpable (you'll notice this as you get more experienced, best way is when girls eyes are literally lighting up talking to you, like a light's on that's not usually on) set up some logistics for a date!

Afraid she'll reject you? She might, and some will, but really - why do you want to be with someone who doesn't like who you are as a person...?
