That is really stupid. That's also not what being in a LTR should mean.

As for cheating being wrong or right .....that's up to you. I have my personal beliefs that I stick to and that's all I care about. You want to cheat then cheat but you shouldn't need or want validation from others.

You either cheat or don't. It doesn't matter what excuses you use to rationalize it (hamstering). Do it if you enjoy it, don't do it if you dislike it. But stop caring about what others think.

Why other people dislike it? Because a LTR is something like a silent deal/contract where both parties agree to just fuck with each other. Opportunists generally aren't seen as good people for the system and hated for that. When your GF is ok with it it is another thing, but people still won't like it for obvious reasons.

There's no reason to entirely commit to one woman; that only serves the feminine imperative in today's climate. Sure, there are some that I like to keep around for a while and focus my attention to, but it's stupid as a man to restrict yourself entirely.

Do women turn off hypergamy? Do they stop assessing options? Their sexual strategy is to be pursued. Yours is not, and you can't be passive. At the very least have a couple back-up girls ready to go -- always.

My point of view is this: If the rule (boundary) wasn't laid down. It doesn't exist.

In 90% of LTR I never head "I don't want you to sleep with other women." or "We're exclusive".

There are no rules. Only consequences of your actions. Every rule laid upon you by society is there only to keep you docile and others "safe".
