Cold reading is all about making an educated guess. Normally when you meet a person there is a lot you tell about them from looking at them. Normally when people get dressed they do it a certain way. Something as simple as their shoes and shirt can tell you a lot about them. Uncomfortable shoes that look nice can say a lot about personality.

If you truly want to learn things about cold reading, I suggest you search through some of the past post from reddit. Good luck.

You can see if you can find Vince Kelvin's daygame disk...it's full of cold reads. There is also the Ring Routine, which I've seen in PDF or audio form. Or learn tarot reading or astrology.

Sundberg conducted his study over 20 years ago. But the sketches still work well today. Either will tend to work well with both sexes. More recently, several laboratory studies have had excellent success with the following stock spiel (Snyder and Shenkel 1975)
