I would start off with self improvement. After that, I would go around and start smiling at people and practice good eye contact. After that I would work my way up to talking. Then you can apply the same things that guys apply to women on guys. Seduction can be learned by anyone and any sex.

When faced with a scenario of Do or Do Not, always choose to do unless you feel it is degrading to your identity or character. Become a yes woman and try things. Make the stories of your life that you can tell and use to relate to guys. Male/female relationships are borne largely around the activities of doing. Guys like girls that do things, girls like guys that get them out to do things.

Join a meetup group that revolves around something your interested in. If you're not interested in any meetup groups, just try one that you might be able to get into.

Talking and relating to people who are actively doing the same thing you are is wayyyy easier than talking to strangers and trying to manufacture things to talk about.
