It sounds like you're exactly where i'm at. I stopped wearing headphones a week ago and it's amazing how many more interactions I've had. i also went around just saying 'hi' I say hi to everyone, even the bus driver. Just getting my mouth moving. I get a rush off of it now when I say hi to a hot girl, it's almost like a runner's high.
