Just make her feel amazing. Make it hot and steamy. If she's okay with it, be a little handsy. Don't be afraid to pull her ontop of you or tell her to flip over, etc. I mean it should DEFINITELY be made clear BEFOREHAND that she can always say no. Introduce her to it... honestly some of my favorite positions are super weird and I never would have known if my boyfriend wouldn't have made them fun and un-intimidating. So if you really like her, don't approach it like "she sucks" but more like "I wanna show her a great time" and she'll probably be quick to show you one too. Good luck and happy sex!

But yeah, guiding her hands would be one way.

The other way would be to do things to her that you want done to you. This only works if she is hitting the ball back to you, which you seem to indicate she isn't.
