You should not be spinning women who are capable of having an emotional hold over you. If the plate is not 100% invested in you, she's not really a plate, just a hookup (or if you want, you are both each other's plates). Some guys can deal, others can't. If you can't deal, you should spin plates with lower SMV that are 100% invested in you. As time progresses, you'll be more resilient to this sort of thing, and you'll be able to pull hotter plates.
