Another FR, trying to implement some of the concepts here. Once again, I attempted to get the number of a girl who I was a waiter for at my restaurant. No I don't this all too often, despite my second FR being at my restaurant again; I don't want build a bad rep or anything as a server, but I was really vibing with these girls (or so I thought). Lets begin.

Two girls came in, one girl 1 was visiting her friend girl 2 from 3 hours out of town. I was trying to get girl 1's number. Anyways, they actually stayed as my table for a good 3 hours, and every time I went to check in on them, we would have a good 5 min chat, once up to 10 mins but I couldn't have that happen because I was still technically working.

We talked about super hero movies. I told them my favorite is deadpool. I also said "and I can legit say that Ryan Reynolds is a guy I'd go gay for" as a joke of course, and they had a good time and laugh. We then talked about a lot of hot female celebrities, specifically about the ones that are really grounded. I mentioned Emma Watson. I'm pointing out this convo because we were able to go from joking around to a legit thoughtful conversation easily. I was using strong eye contact with the one talking (and they both spoke), but of course I actively stole glances towards girl 1 and smiled to her even if she wasn't the one speaking.

We also spoke about how girl 2 is about to get married. She spoke about her relationship with her fiance, and how they met, blah blah blah. Now this is where it gets rocky, due to my lack of experience. I used this opportunity to segway to a focus on girl 1 by asking her if she was single. She said yes, and she spoke about her break up with the last boyfriend, and she told me it was wild. I made jabs at her for being like a emotional hurricane, and she actually laughed at that. But then her friend, girl 2 mentioned how girl 1 is currently sleeping with some doctor. So I didn't really know how to respond to this. It feels somewhat of a shit test, but more so a statement of me being friend zoned basically. girl 1 chimed in and said that he's just a rebound. So I was thinking to myself "sick, she just expressed how he's not that important in her life to me", so I was hoping against hope it was because she didn't want to deter me.

They then switched the conversation towards me, asked me what I'm all about. I told them about my ambitions, running my own company (which I am). They were both interested, asked me lots about it.

My manager actually said to start pushing tables out because its the end of the night, so I had to bill them out. After they paid, thats when I asked girl 1 for her number. It was a rejection. She mentioned how she is from 3 hours outside of town, fair enoguh I suppose. And then girl 2 chimed in and said "i'll answer this on her behalf and tell you that even though the doctor is a rebound, she's hoping it'll leading to something more with him". I don't actually believe that, but hey, she's just winging her I suppose. So, another FR failure I suppose! Although, as she was leaving she said "I hope you do well with your company!" and I replied "Yeah, I'll be on forbes magazine one day, and that's when you'll regret it!" jokingly. They both had a sincere laugh and good time with them and responded "touche". Pretty happy with playing that rejection smooth.

Things I did right: eye contact, smiling, statements, not questions

Things I didn't do right, or didn't apply: I didn't use any kino, not very experienced with that yet; I didn't use assumptions. Yes they were statements, but not too many assumptions.

Questions: If girls talk about any guy they are with, even if its not a serious relationship, does it immediately imply that they are not interested in you?

Should I let a girl's friend speak anything for the girl I want?
