How many times do you think, hey should I try to text her again? Would I be needy if I try to invite her one more time?

There is a line between trying to make her have interest in you and losing your self-loved. Also your interest might develop into oneitis if you keep on insisting.

That's why I try to applied this rule. Think it as a video game where you start with 3 lives, better if it's Mario Bros.

If you text her or invite her and she doesn't comply nor accept your invitation, she loses a life. If she text you something that shows interest in you, she gets a life. If she says that she is busy but reschedule to another day, she doesn't lose or get a life.

The important thing is that if she gets to 0 lives it's game over for her and there is no continue.

I hope you apply it, it's a simple heuristic that makes you a better man and have more self-respect.
